Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) (Click for Job Description)

Cedar Hill Health Care is looking for LNAs to join our team of caregivers. We have multiple positions available:

• Full-time 2nd Shift
• Full-time 3rd Shift
• Licensure: Current LNA in the State of Vermont
• Experience: Cedar Hill is paying competitive wages based on years of experience

Under the direction of the charge nurse /or Nurse Manager, an LNA provides direct care to residents and assists in monitoring skin condition, mouth care, bowel status, nutrition, hydration, incontinence, and document care given. Reports to nurse any change in condition.

Per Diem RN/LPN and LNA's needed for all shifts. Shift differential also available.

Dietary Aides

Responsible for serving meals, drinks, and snacks to residents, and washing dishes, utensils, equipment, pots, pans, work area, and dining room.

• Part-time evenings, every other weekend

Activities Assistant

Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the Therapeutic Activity Programs on a daily basis to meet the individual resident’s needs and interests. 

• 24 hours per week, every other weekend
