We love what we do and work hard at it every day. It feels wonderful to have that recognized by happy families and residents. Just Fabulous

Cedar Hill Continuing Care Community is just fabulous. My mother has Alzheimer’s and she has broken out a few times. They didn’t have alarms on the windows at first but they quickly got them after that. The staff there really do what they need to do to improve themselves. It is a newer thing to have an Alzheimer’s exclusive unit at this facility. Kathy that works there is right off the charts excellent. The staff really find different ways to help mom. They include the family. They have family picnics free of charge to get everyone together. The activities they offer are excellent. The staff really work hard to engage mom. They have just been fabulous. The staff is always trying to learn more about her. They wanted us to bring pictures in to make a memory book with her. They have a whiteboard that keeps track of visitors and things going on so she can reference it without getting frustrated. The staff let her set the table and keep busy which she really enjoys. This facility just couldn’t get any better.

Thankful to have found this place!

I moved my 81-year-old mother here from out of state recently and everyone has been amazing. The building is brand new and beautiful, the staff is responsive and caring, and she is really happy – something I never expected so quickly. She’s making friends, eating well, getting the medical attention she needs, and most of all, participating in activities again! I am so thankful to have found this wonderful home for my Mom.

Like a Big Family

“One of the things that struck me was how quickly people on staff recognized me as a family member, and would come up and tell me how much they liked my mother! I hadn’t even met them yet, but they already knew me and my mom. It really is like a big family here. It’s so comforting to know that she is in a place that values her as a person, not just a room number.”

In my Dad’s final days he was given excellent care by a most competent, adaptive, warm, and friendly staff who grew to become friends and family. I wish we could have spent more time with you…I miss you already. On behalf of my Daddy, thank you for helping him on to his next great adventure.

With great Gratitude!

Went to visit my aunt and uncle… I had a blast in the community room decorating Santa hats. Thank you for taking such great care of them.

Very Friendly

“I don’t have to cook and clean anymore!”

Village Resident

The facility is clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food menu is varied and well prepared. The care of and for the residents is very good also.

“The best care I ever had…”

Cedar Hill Health Care Resident

“I am so happy that mom has “turned the corner”. In so many ways she has rallied, with everyone’s help there, including the staff MD……and is happy again! I could have lost her last June when she took that last fall that landed her in rehab over next door. The trauma she has been through, and the grief has been debilitating. With all of you assisting, encouraging, listening, etc…she has rallied to be her “warrior” self. It has not been easy for any of you. Including her! This Pandemic made it that more challenging. There is not a “perfect” world in the eyes of a widow who lost the love of her life but, with support and gentleness all of you have done a tremendous job in encouraging and helping mom to grow again and to weather the storm. The “team” has been awesome and I personally am very grateful to all of you!”
